LIZ PERRINE is a former Regency romance author and 2004 RITA award finalist who has since migrated to the dark side. A dyed-in-the-wool language nerd, she learned to diagram sentences at age ten, reads Beowolf for funsies, and has an inordinate fascination with semicolons. Her debut dark fantasy, LABYRINTH OF BONES, will be out February, 2027 from Dead Fox Publishing. She lives in northern ("but it's a dry heat") California.

Favorite cause: Cat rescue/TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return)/fostering, because hundreds of thousands of cats and kittens are euthanized in shelters every year. If you want to do good, contact your local rescue organization and ask how you can help. Donate, volunteer...anything! And above all, please spay/neuter your pets. This is critical!
